Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2, 2026

1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement

By accessing or using Vision Infinity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services Description

Vision Infinity provides a WhatsApp automation, AI chatbot, and CRM dashboard for businesses.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plan Terms

All plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this period, you may cancel with a 30-day written notice to hello@visioninfinity.co.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may incur fees, and accounts unpaid for over 15 days may be suspended.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for spam, illegal content, or impersonation. You must comply strictly with the WhatsApp Business Policy.

7. WhatsApp Policy Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of WhatsApp complies with Meta's Commerce and Business Policies. Vision Infinity reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We provide the service on a "best-effort" basis. Currently, there is no formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) for uptime.

9. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their data and leads. Vision Infinity retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the platform, code, and design.

10. Liability Cap

In no event shall Vision Infinity's aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vision Infinity harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the service or violation of third-party policies (e.g., Meta).

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with proper notice. Upon termination, clients have 30 days to export their data before it is deleted.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in the courts of Sindh, Karachi.

14. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before proceeding to arbitration in Karachi under applicable Pakistani laws.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. General

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vision Infinity.
