Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Vision Infinity is an AI automation and analytics platform located in Karachi, Pakistan. You can contact us at hello@visioninfinity.co.

2. Data Collected

We explicitly collect the following personal and business data:

  • Name, email address, and phone number of the account owner and team members.
  • Business name and related details provided during signup or billing.
  • WhatsApp messages routed through our platform on your behalf.
  • Payment confirmation screenshots (e.g., bank transfer receipts).

3. Why Data is Collected

We use this data to provide our service, manage billing, offer customer support, and improve the product experience.

4. Storage Location

Your data is stored securely using Supabase in international regions, while our core messaging infrastructure (Evolution API and n8n) is self-hosted on a VPS. We also use Google Analytics for usage tracking.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with necessary sub-processors: Supabase (database provider), Google (analytics), and Meta/WhatsApp (messaging API). We may disclose data to Pakistani law enforcement only when compelled by a valid legal request.

6. WhatsApp Data Flow

Messages flow from WhatsApp through our Evolution API instance, are processed by n8n, and stored in Supabase. We retain message history for your dashboard access. You control data retention for your leads.

7. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@visioninfinity.co.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to understand how our dashboard and website are used. You may opt out using browser extensions if desired.

9. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If your account is closed, we retain backups for up to 12 months before permanent deletion, unless legally required otherwise.

10. International Transfers

By using our service, you acknowledge that your data may leave Pakistan to be processed by our cloud providers like Supabase.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is designed for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify account owners of significant changes.
